Did anyone consider the "utility" model..?? That's the one with an access cab that accesses nothing in the back seat...!! They don't even put seats in those ones... Go figure..!:confused::confused:

No you can’t include those really. Anything that doubles as a homeless shelter cannot be included.

I think all that Chrome is so the target 80+ year old customer is able to locate it in the parking lot.

If I looked at it from a "return on investment" (ROI) kind of perspective, I think this is what we'd come up with.....

From worst to the best.... "ROI"...

Pro/Limited/OR/Sport/SR5/SR/Utility.......... FOR THE WIN.....By far the best ROI would be the "utility" 4-banger manual..!!

And it’s so soft inside. Wouldn’t be a bad idea to be buried in it honestly. I could think of worse options.

It is. Like the pro, it has its own novel accessories. It came with a care package with things like rice and beans, a pre paid card that lets me get cheese or some shit from the government. A laminated card showing all the local shelters. A can opener. A toothbrush... so many things.

Sheeeit. Suspension and recovery, locker if you’re feeling frisky. Any more than that and you’re digging too deep into a new vehicle for my tastes. 50 k is twice what I paid, so 25 k into an sr... hm. Gutted and multiplexed, custom suspension, fire suppression, nav and communication, after all that I’d just buy another sr so I could have a pickup again lol

Ok. I suppose I can't just sit here and let you guys hammer on my beautiful baby.
I know you are just baiting me and my Pro Bros. After all, you are a bunch of master baiters. I mean, you're really good.

There are only two trims worth purchasing: Utility and Pro. The rest are mediocre (by definition).

    That is all.

Except my SR5, currently equipped, is likely cheaper than your "PRO", has probably been places yours will never get to, and turns the heads of Ford Raptor drivers.

Point is you can buy an SR5 for say... $32k... and add $10k in upgrades to it and it's a similar or cheaper price to what many dealers sell the PRO for... except it'll fucking destroy a PRO off-road. Why? Because it's the SAME truck with way better equipment on it for less money.

Most PROs I've seen folks buying are $8k more than an Off-Road. Eight thousand dollars buys really high end suspension, way better tires, and other upgrades.

    Just sayin'...

*Nothing personal. I just think that Toyota is ripping people off.

    Nice looking truck!

And I said "that is all". No discussion needed. I'm right.
You really have made the best of it though. Nice work.

One can't be said to have been ripped off if one is happy with one's purchase, no matter another's estimate of worth.

There's some truth to that - even if you did overpay. LOL So long as you are happy with the value that you got for your money.
