Yup he got banned like a year ago. Maybe over a year. Talking smack in the 3rd gen section. He probably can't handle millennials.

Well I meant in a row, lol. Now I have over 150' of fencing between the neighbor and me so thats a nice feeling, now I just need it to warm up a bit so my bamboo will start to grow faster!! Haha.

So the rain was GNARLY!!! I literally had 2 creeks running through my lower property!! I had to go into the Poison Oak infested knee deep water to try and dig and remove blockages as well as chainsaw a bunch of dead trees that had fallen blocking the natural path of the water. What a pain in the ass! Was out there for 5 hours cutting, digging, soaking wet freezing my ass off. Now I need a backhoe so I can really get in there and fix it since I now know where the water routes are!

It was literally a small river! And I did get PO! its on both my eyelids again, oops, must have rubbed my eyes while working and didnt realize it...dangit, lol.

Links? Or did they remove his content? It outta be good!

Too hard to find once someone has been banned. I usually just click on the profile. I'd have to do a google search.

Can TW give old Doug a second chance... Maybe a 60 year old's birthday present?

TELL US ABOUT YOU: Here are some possible starting points...
    1) Where are you in the county... or otherwise?
    2) What do you do? What do you want to do?
    3) What year and model Tacoma: Base, Limited, SR, Off Road, or Sport, Access Cab or Double Cab, 2WD or 4WD?

I didnt even know he got banned...it always gets interesting right before that happens as far as post content is concerned. Once a person doesnt give a fawk anymore, the ban hammer generally follows once they start getting frisky! Oh well bummer..is what it is I guess.

Well, I LOVE TACOMA's we have (or have had) 2003 Tacoma Prerunner 4cyl 4x4, 2007 Tacoma, and now a 2017 Tacoma.

I love tooling around with all types of cars and motorcycles. We enjoy camping. I am just a dirt-bag student for now.

I would love to see some of your badass trucks in person.

I am in downtown San Diego area. Anyone else???

    Rats!!!
    Again.
Went to start my truck last night and got the dreaded Christmas tree dashboard and my Ultragage screaming at me about pending codes. Got the dreaded P0333, drivers side knock sensor. I pulled the airbox and looked around under the intake with my borescope, can't see that far in but given my prior experience (Lexus knock sensors chewed twice, this truck having the coolant temp sensor and a few other wires chewed, I am 99.9% sure it is rats). Also found an injector wire that has signs it was being used as a snack.
In reading the thread(s) on here about it it looks like a SOB to replace the harness. Guess I get to find out how good my comp coverage is.
    FML.
My other truck has now decided it wants to be hard to start as well. Just did injectors, new vacuum lines and a whole mess of other stuff a few weeks ago and it was running great (well, great for a 115hp 22re). And it has also developed a leak around the windshield, leaving a nice lake on the driver's side floor. Did I mention I just put brand new carpet in it?
And my other truck has expired tags (needs smog)
And my contractor friend has told me he can't give me a concrete date on when he can start on my garage.

First world problems for sure but man, when it rains, it pours.

    Yes.

The rats have been an ongoing battle around here. I have been on my own personal rat jihad for the better part of a year. Between traps, bait stations and backyard pellet gun rat safaris I have probably smoked 50-75 of the bastards.
I am also allergic to cats so I feel your pain. I have two small dogs that murder every rat they can grab but they aren't the best hunters. My house is pretty tight, have never seen evidence of the little bastards inside. I lack a car sized garage right now so everything has to park outside.
They are getting set to build new homes near my house on a vacant/abandoned lot. I really gotta get my garage built before they start grading because rodent hell is about to break loose 'round here.

I miss San Diego a lot, well, not so much San Diego but the area in general. We rented several places there from 1984-1997, the city itself got too big and nasty and we ended up in Descanso for the last two years. Descanso was great, we had a rental by the Town Hall, $500 per month. Great base of operations close to I-8, Pine Creek Wilderness.

Had a 1982 BMW R65LS along with the awesome 1979 Honda CBX, my first Toyota truck and a '90 Camry wagon. Good times. The BMW R65 was a gamer offroad, would take it through the Pine Creek Wilderness up to the Sunrise Hwy then north and east into Anza-Borrego and back to I-8. The BMW boxers are such great handlers with the low center of gravity. The CBX was a handful being top-heavy but it was damn fast and sounded like a Ferrari V12. Six cylinders, six carbs, 1050cc, had more HP than the '90 Toyota 22RE. Unique engine note, every once in a while I see a CBX and I can hear it before I see it.

I see speed freak is having neighbor problems, that sucks. Bad neighbors can make life awful. We're in Littleton, CO now and would like a warmer climate, but our neighbors are awesome and the grass isn't always greener when you try to relocate.
