How do you mean from the side view of tread?

If I can manage it and somehow upload I'll try to get a video. I could be describing it way out of proportion.

Did it drive straight with the stock tires? Guess I should have started there...

Yes it drove straight with stock tires as far as I remember. I honestly didn't really pay attention until after I originally replaced the stock tires since I was expecting change.

Pics going across the width of the tread wouldn't hurt either.

That alignment looks great. The only problem you could be having is road crown. I worked for Porsche and did alignments on a ton of them. I would have to tell customers that steering wheels are not meant to be let go of. Those cars follow the road and if you let go of the wheel more than likely it’s gonna follow a rut or a line in the concrete or something. Another alignment “secret” I can align your truck, Drive around the block, then align it again and more than likely it’s gonna show different numbers. I’ve aligned my truck a few times when set up to factory specs my truck follows the road. Now the best way to tell if you’ve got a actual pull is find a road that slopes up to the right and see if the truck wants to follow it uphill. If it does, burn it to the ground at this point. Haha. That alignment should be tits.

Can you edit the post and label which are driver side and which are passenger side?

    Looks good to me...
Just keep an eye on the tread wear. You're looking for individual tread blocks to be even front to back; not shorter in the front. Also, even wear across the width. When you rotate, have them rotated; fronts straight to rear and rears crossed to front.

As others suggested, try to find some flat road you can test on.

I drove some today and after dreadedsoldiers reply saying it should be "tits" I'm feeling a bit better about how it's acting. I drove a bit on some more flat roads and it was going in a straight line. Haven't had time to run on the left side of the road yet like suggested but when I go pick up my parts on Wednesday I'll have it checked again. Thanks for all your input. I know nada of alignment procedures and I felt what I was expecting and how it's supposed to be might different.

You can also have your camber set-up for more positive on the driver side to compensate for road crown. As is, you are currently 0.1 degree positive on the right.
    Just don't exceed 0.5 degrees cross-camber.

Here are some links if you're interested in learning a bit more. The videos are good when taken as a whole, because it shows the dynamics and relationships between everything. Alignment is a static measurement.

So I realized when they aligned my truck they unrotated my tires so now I've got to get them to correct that. Also now when I drive and hold the wheel straight at 12 o'clock I'm headed to the right. I've got an appointment for Monday to have this corrected. Something's fishy.

Came here to talk about crown of the road but others have already mentioned it. That being said if you hold the steering wheel straight it should go straight. If you let go of the steering wheel and it drifts down the crown that's totally normal. If it drifts up the crown you have a problem or if you have to put the steering wheel off-center for it to go straight you have a problem.

Also, why did you get an alignment for 265 tires? That was unnecessary.

Did you see his before toe?

Plus, a taller tire without a change in offset gets it close to zero scrub. You can set camber from zero to negative to compensate.

I saw the before/after he posted but hes had it aligned 3 maybe 4 times now so dont know which one that was from. My guess is not the first one. Here's what I've gathered. Truck rode straight until he got the tires so the alignment was fine. Got 265s and an alignment from dealership and then it doesn't ride straight. To me that equals dealership fucked the alignment. Swapping to 265s shouldn't cause the truck to pull even if you get a shitty unbalanceable tire.

As long as parts aren't worn and everything is tight, I tend to agree.
