Not sure if I posted this one before but we found a recipe for a Farmers Casserole.

    http://allrecipes.com/recipe/22454/farmers-casserole/

We used diced potatoes instead of hash browns and egg whites instead of whole eggs. Add some cholula after it cooks for extra flavor. Otherwise the same. Was delicious!

Beef Stew. Used a packet of McCormicks seasoning. Don't care for it, should have added my own like usual. But, a good shot Tabasco fixes that.

    What recipe? lol
stew meat, floured and browned in oil
add beef broth and seasoning and bring to a boil
    simmer, then simmer some more
add taters carrots celery onion mushrooms, or be lazy and add cans of mixed veggies
simmer til you can't wait any longer, eat
    amounts? I'm a guy, I don't measure shit! ;)

The last time I made stew was in my pressure cooker. OMG, I cannot recommend it enough. My wife insisted I not add the peas until the very end (after 45 minutes under pressure) and she was right - everything else virtually disintegrated.

You could suck it through a straw (well, a big straw). Meat was so tender it sang us love songs as we devoured it.

Pressure cooker is supposed to be good for tenderizing. Ive seen them use it on cooking shows.
