He's got a wider rear axle and has no inner fenders up front anymore, plus it's a 4.5" kit up front.

They can be done with a 3.5" kit, but yeah, unless you seriously limit your uptravel, you're going to need to relocate some stuff and tub your firewall/ inner fender a fair bit

Just tub the fire wall. Probably the easiest thing he did to that truck build.

1st gens have to tub just to fit 35s. Not the funnest job but not bad.

I think mine said to do 200 and I ended up at 350/450 and its just about perfect but I am a little lighter being 1st gen and non double cab. I kinda want to try going lower and playing with the slider stops. Right now I have the slider stops up high so its just a single rate all the way through. Do you need load capacity while off roading or just while getting there? If you just need it for towing or something you might be able to put the slider down where you are on the primary spring the whole time, then move it back up when you get off road

yeah just for load capacity, even in a average daily scenario if i just put 100lbs in the bed i am sagging butthat’s a good idea to play with the stop I’m going to play with that this weekend

They're 37s. Tubbed firewall back to the door hinge and cut 3-4" out of glass. Clears full bump lock to lockIMG_3928.jpg

That looks titties! When I tried to cycle them, they hit everything from being so wide and that's impressive for the 37". Im going to test fit some hummer tires because I sell them for a living but those are way narrower.
