Appreciate it man. Yeah, I'm cool with adult language and getting shit faced, they see that shit at my house all the time lol. I was trying to see if anybody else was bringing their families so my wife or kids don't feel left out. Even though she says she good with it, I know she'll feel out of place being the only lady out there.

Well my original intent was to do this whole intricate system with tanks and filters and a pump under the truck so that I could fill the tanks with lake water if I wanted to and get drinking water out the other side but (without getting into hours of thought process) I pretty much came to the conclusion that I'm too lazy to deal with something that needs to be constantly cleaned and maintained like that would. So I'm mounting a pump in the bed cubby and a couple quick disconnects on the rear bumper. One qd will have poly tubing that drops into a 5 gal water jug and the other will have a hose bib that hooks to it or a spray hose, depending on what I'm doing at the time. I decided that simple was better. I already have a water siphon that I keep in my camping gear so the system is already partially built. I just have to mount the pump, switch and quick disconnects to the truck and run about 6' of wire to the pump and switch.

I may bring my lady, but that’s totally uncertain right now she’s really indecisive. I tend to leave her home cuz you never know what these trips entail

I was going to get together with Alex and go over details. I'm going to get as many details as i need to make sure I'm aware of where and what i need to be looking out for just in case Alex doesn't come I'm at least aware. Doesn't looks difficult to navigate but probably leaving sat more around 9 or 10 and playing around the rest of the day up there. exploring in the trucks and on foot.

Sounds good. I'll keep an eye out. It's a 4hr drive in there from Houghton/I-10, at least it was for @mbmack1 and I. 69 miles from the I-10 exit in Wilcox to camp.

Yea, it's a long one. Might want an earlier start time if there is going to be exploring.

That area is huge. Factor in 4 hours travel with a 9-10am start and you’re looking at only 3-4hrs daylight. I’m thinking about heading up on Friday after work.
