Stock with a camper shell for now.

How do those look with a camper shell on there ? Do they make the alignment of the camper shell off

The only thing you need to remove wax from trim is Magic Eraser. Been using it for years. No mess and works like a champ.

the magic eraser gets into the pores of the trim? because i tried wax & grease remover with a rag today and it only got the surface layer. Inside the pores though, had no effect.

All that time you spent waxing it you could've been out having fun and breaking it on a trail. Go find some mud to cover the trim blemishes up!

    Oh but there is....

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/forums/detailing.32/

    Come join us.

And don’t use oil, shoe polish, magic eraser, grease, silicon lubricants, mayonase or what ever other dumb things were montioned in this thread on your trim unless your ultimate goal is to ruin the trim by basically dehyrating it till it eventually loses all color and cracks.

The effect of peanut butter is impressive. The reason for the effect though has more to do with the oils in the peanut butter temporarily masking the mess. It does nothing to remove the wax. So depending on if you want to remove the wax or cover it (and have every dog in town following your truck), pick your solution.

Yeah this only works if you use chunky peanut butter.

Chemical Guys should come out with a line of PB polishes and compounds based on the chunkiness of the PB.

PB36 will be a cutting compound and PB38 the optical grade polish.

They should also have a line of chocolate scented clay luber to compliment. They already have Stripper Scented everything so why not?

Yes. I see nothing but the trim when I'm finished. Easy too.
