Looks really clean, I like it! Now let's take it off-road and get it dirty!

@over60 looks great! I'm in the market for some steps and possibly the TRD Pro tail lights. I'm not 100% sure I like the Pro tail lights on a Barcelona Red truck.

@Silver16v Noob question, just ordered the parts and going to have it painted. Anything i need to know about the install that would be helpful? Or is it pretty much bolt on and off?

Also does the scoop need to be painted or cant it just be put in as is. Does it come from the factory black?

I'm looking at about 600 in parts and another 300 to paint. Its my treat myself future tax return money lol.

The scoop is actually two pieces, the "lid" and the bottom black plastic piece.

I personally would paint the scoop matte black and get the Pro hood decal from @CBoy808

Here is a pic of mine (I plasti-derped by hood scoop) and have his decal.

FYI - the glare is pretty bad with the sport hood, your retinas will burn at the golden hours. Painting my scoop and installing the Pro decal pretty much eliminated the sun glare, my morning and afternoon commutes are MUCH better, now that my retinas aren't being torched when driving.

My auto body guys can't find the part number for the '17 and it comes up that a '16 hood will not fit the '17 :-(.
I went so far as to get the VIN of a new '17 Sport, still no luck and the Toyota house won't confirm the '16 part number will fit the '17............... Getting frustrated.
