Fuel Tank Size

I'm trying to calibrate my Ultragauge and need to know what size the fuel tank is. Any help is appreciated!

I've ran mine dangerously low and I don't think I quite managed to get 20 in it.

21 sounds about right...

 

21.1 US gallons. Roughly 80 liters.

21.1 is the volume listed in the owners manual and the specs online. I've put about 20.5 in mine a few times.

 

I don't have one, bought the truck used.

Since you’ve pushed it, any idea how much is actually left once the orange gas light comes on? Seems to be a few gallons..

It holds 21.1
The light comes on when you've used 17 gallons.
The gas gauge itself is not that accurate.
The 4.0 gets EPA mileage of 18-20, until you start to adapt your vehicle with big wheels, big tires, gear ratios, extra weight. Or drive thru rocks, mud and snow all day.
There is only one known gas tank replacement, that takes up the room of the spare tire. Expensive and hard to get. There are no proven ways to get better mileage with gadgets. Just a lighter foot.
The gas filter is in the gas tank with the fuel pump.

 

My fuel light usually comes on at about 17.5 gallons. I usually fill up with between 18.5 and 19.5 gallons to the first click on the gas pump.

 

I usually get 50+ miles in town and 80 on the hwy when the light comes on. 4cyl pretty easy on gas.
