I'm sure an experienced body man could get them to line up, but I'm just going to get them close enough and say F it.

    Accomplished today:

    - All hard brake lines in
    - Brakes bled, but with a soft pedal still
    - Rear shocks mounted
    - Fenders fit
    - Headlights installed
    - Grille installed
    - Test drive!

I don't have a brake pedal after power bleeding them several times and pumping the pedal, so I'm working on solving that issue. I really hate brakes.

I drov her out of the shop today for the first time today! It was painfully clear that I need to figure out how to adjust the ORI's correctly. She swayed like crazy, but I did take the first romp round the block without rear shocks. The second trip was with the rear shocks and was much better, though the struts where not doing too much to help with body roll. I really need to get an exhaust on her too.

I have to trim the fenders before I think about flexing her out. That will happen tomorrow. My front driveshaft won't be here till Monday or Tuesday, so I wont' be climbing up anything just yet.

    Monster truck badassery!

Might have a fitting that seems tight, but is still loose. Bleed again and see if bubbles come out.

Do you need those plastic clips for the front fenders where the headlight attaches or no?

I have an 4xinnovations cage for the inside, but that'll have to wait till after this trip.

See? I'm not a trail limo!

I cut about 3" out of them. That was enough for the little dirt mound flex, but time will tell. I'm already predicting that my firewall tub might not be enough.

I'm starting to wonder if I need a new or different master cylinder. I've power bled this system a dozen times with clear fluid with no bubbles coming out and I still have a pedal that goes to the floor and barely stops the truck. The 1/2 ton chevy calipers should be grabbing a lot more than they are, that's for sure.

With the truck off I can pump the pedal once and the second pump results in a rock solid pedal that doesn't move. Once I start the truck the pedal drops to the floor. Stupid brakes.
