    Well, I got in my truck after work today and sure enough it smelled like a wet dog. Leaking water from the rain the other day but not sure from where. The firewall padding is dry. The only we spots were right in front of the driver seat next to the door and same with the back seat on the driver side as well. Passenger side is fine..... wtf. All floor plugs are I place and accounted for. With the door trim off the truck, I was able to see little slivers of light come through the pinch weld. Not sure if that is normal...

    Yep. That’s kinda what I was thinking. Going to seal all that up tomorrow and go in depth looking for gaps and holes.

    Has anyone ran without the carpet and padding? Thinking of just getting rid of it and bed lining my floor. That way I don’t have to keep cleaning the shit outta my carpet after every trip. Just wondering how bad the road noise will be...
