I made a thing for switches because the thing I wanted didn't exist.

Ordered my relay holder and waiting to order the 3 narrow switch holder plate. Apparently there's a sale coming to shapeways in a few days.

Where can we get blanks from? I'm only gonna have one switch in the holder for awhile and wanted to close up the other 2 holes.

what wire is everyone tapping into for dash illumination?

I'm putting 3 switches there and wondering which wire from any of the switches there can I tap into so that might switches light up when the dash lights come on as well.

No idea, Use a meter. Supposedly the dimming comes from the negative side of the circuit.

Hoping you share the plans, or slap it up somewhere. I've working on some quick 3d Plans myself, and was looking at the upper switches. I need to add Heated Seats at some point and basically that looks like the only 'stock' place to put the switches so the passenger can reach too.

Anyone know if someone has figured out how to use rocket style switches yet in this area? I currently have the 3 spot plate with push toyota style switches in it. My issue is that i find they are not very dependable at popping back out (turning off) when it is cold here (-10 to -40), which is my winter all winter. So i'm sick of screwing with them and just want to go classic rocker style. Any help if appreciated.
