I don't agree. I think we should all care about others and their well being. When we stop is when society goes to the crapper. I mean you have to watch out for yourself/your family, but we have realize that some things have greater affects/implications to just me/you.

 

How can you take care of others without first taking care of yourself? I only said that because you kept bringing up not having to carry your ID. Those people making that decision will not have an effect on me. Its not my job to make sure everyone knows to look both ways before crossing the street, let alone carry your ID to prevent a huge pain in the ass just to prove a point.

You are assuming the guy speaking Spanish and/or the guy flying the Mexican flag in his front yard are not a legal citizens. How do you know? Did you check their papers?

What I'm saying is that when a law is passed, you just can't look at one segment of the population to see how is going to implimented. Of coarse you have to take care of yourself and your interests, but don't infringe on other people rights in the process.

 

This is true but if you box 'em up and ship 'em out. The state of Arizona will have much of its industry and economy obliterated. It's already not very good. You think your economy sucks now? Just imagine. You'd be begging their asses to come back. Paying millions in taxes to support them is a necessary evil for the existence of the state.

 

I don't consider it infringing. I consider that person refusing to carry their ID with them is just asking for trouble. If you can easily avoid a fucked up situation, why not avoid it?

Yes, you have a right not to carry your shit. I have a right to walk around naked in my house. But if someone sees me walking around naked in my house through a window, it changes things. So I can avoid any problems by closing the blinds.

If they are so worried about problems with not carrying their cards, then they should just carry them.

i think they key word here would be AMERICANS. illegals are not americans, they do not pay taxes, and under this other new bill (that will be striping us of even more of our rights), they will get free health care. Ship them back or make them legal and have them pay taxes. Nothing is free...

Illegals are illegals- Not subhumans...They do jobs just like you do. If they weren't here it would be totally acceptable to get a general contractor to do the "side jobs" they do. Some illegals are even well educated and serious professionals in their countries. (Example: In 2007 I repatriated several doctors, a couple of lawyers, and lots of folks who worked normal service and retails jobs like the majority of Americans.
