Norcal Spotted and BS Thread

My pre tacoma car was a cooper s too. I still have it. I miss driving it, i need to get it out of the garage more often.

 

Turbo or SC? Mine was '05 before they redesigned everything. I wish I still had it, was so much fun to drive. I saw it on the highway once after trading it in, I was so excited I wanted to follow the cute asian gal driving it but decided not to be creepy.

 

I was head coach of a high school water polo team for 4 years. Scheduling matches was the worst part. First year I was hired in July, started in sept. Every other team I tried to schedule matches with had full schedules. We ended up with only 16 games when it could have been 24. You have to schedule next season AS SOON AS current is over. If he’s a first year coach, go easy on him but tell him to get his shit together for next year

 

I have an 05 too, so supercharged. When i bought my truck i stripped it down back to stock except for the sc pulley and rear swaybar for truck mod funds. I keep thinking about throwing a set of coilovers back on. I never did a track day with it, but did bmwcca autox for 5 or so years.

 

My ex’s favorite car (Asian, no surprise). I absolutely fucking hate those things.

 

They are extremely fun to drive

 

Best ones IMO, Didn't like what they did with the turbo'd gen. Saw a vid of someone who twin charged theirs with a turbo, it was pretty nuts. I just had a SC pulley and Borla exhaust on mine.

 

What a dick move.

 

I had intake, custom exhaust, jcw suspension, rear control arms, camber plates, reduction pulley, header and wheels.

 

That' shitty! I almost didn't graduate from BV. Didn't get to walk, but still got my diploma.

 

I took three classes out there. All with the Audi Experience group. Two with my own car, one with their Mitsubishi Evo. Great day every time. Met Dario Franchitti out there once. About a 10 second exchange.

 

I do miss the car I traded for my previous Tacoma, but I can't imagine not having a truck now.







Turbo swapped, MBC, bigger injectors/pump, catless DP, and supporting custom tune (opensource). Was a blast to drive!

I like that. Most the ones I see are modified in such a way where they wouldn’t even be able to drive through a puddle without leaving pieces behind.

I gave them a call. Gotta send pictures so he can verify.

 

Good news is battery disconnect forced a Sync update and corrected this from the rear view camera in the Edge.


Bad news is that wife then closed the browser tab for the 4Runner she was looking at.

 

Bailey and I finished the post Christmas decoration, teardown, garage cleanup today.

Time to do more stuff to the truck.
