My Prinsu rack came today and I have a concern. This is from the site I ordered it:

Roof rack, aka CabRac All racks come with 1" rear bar to ensure antenna clearance.

    I think I didn't receive the 1" rear bar.

If you didn’t, you can attach the rear bar with one bolt only, and turn it sideways. Simple fix.

    Quite a lot!
I don't remember the diameter, I took the Maxtrax mounts into the hardware store to get the correct inter diameter for the spacers. Spacers did come with the PrinSu Design panels, unfortunately the inter diameter of them was too small for the Maxtrax mounts. But I did go with 1/2 inch in length to clear the cross bars.

I’m looking to buy some hardware for my rack from tnutz.com, are these 10series, 15series, or 20series crossbars?

And or what size carriage bolts are y’all getting to fit into the channel?

    Thanks guys

You may not need it. After installing mine it looks as if the shark antenna would have still cleared the 2" bar.

Yep, you did not get the 1" bar and from experience you will need it. Email them and let them know that you did not get it and have them send you a new one.

I was able to find stainless carriage bolts at HomeDepot. The size escapes me but it was easy to figure out in the store.

Cool! It has been so cold I haven't installed yet. The plan is this Saturday at my friend's. He has a heated garage and it is suppose to get up to 40 degrees. I put some of it together with my buddy.

Are you putting it together or is your daughter? I only put on 3 bars before I installed it as it was easier to lift and put on.

I try to turn things I am doing into projects we do together. She is a great little helper. We only put 3 on to keep the weight down and not get in the way of working with the roof bolts.

Nice set up did your light bar come with that bracket? The one I have does not work?

Yes, I used the bracket that came with the light bar. I tried a few other sets of brackets that were black, but non of them worked.

I got my rack yesterday and it was missing half the carriage bolts for the top rack. There wasn't any response to email so I called and was able to get everything worked out over the phone. It sounds like they need more organization for how they are sending out hardware.

    my build tread: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/socal-no-shame-poser-build.513084/
Just joined the club! Cant wait for my non parted correctly package to arrive! I sure hope their quility control works. Anyway i plan on reading through this entire tread for best install options. Im here to ask. Will the below single row LED bar fit on the prinsu with 40” cutout? Its the slim single row light. Also would i use those brackets on the light or need to buy some? @CaliRaisedLed do you have any brackets or customers that advised on this setup yet?

Has anyone ever made a custom front plate that actually follows the roofline and doesn't create so much drag/wind noise? Similar to @mesojdm 's setup but just a replacement panel for prinsu's?

That was the ultimate deciding factor holding me off of the Prinsu. I just hated the how the flat straight panel met up with the conture of the roof. Other then that it's a killer rack.
