I don’t know why I thought you were younger than that. On a side note, how’s the pup?

Have a helmet that might fit. Old boots probably won't, and an extra pair of pants that might.

I've heard.. definitely want good boots. But I'll also want to be able to do some hiking with them. Ride to a mine site or whatnot and explore a little.

Not sure what brand helmets I've had, but all were Snell approved. Sport bikes and SCCA.

Hey @CharlieCafe I finally went and ordered those extended lug nuts you told me about.
They're pretty cool, I think. It's insane how little thread engagement I actually had... the front was even worse than the back.20180113_142028.jpg 20180113_171707.jpg 20180113_171717.jpg

Oh dam. I had a full set collecting dust. If you want a locking set of extended lug nuts I have some with the socket that comes with it. Just hit me up

I don’t use them because the shape doesn’t fit my wheels.

Aww man! Oh well, they weren't very expensive. I had locking lug nuts, I hated them. Just a hassle to have to have to stack the socket on top of it. Plus they were really soft aluminum so I stripped a few out.

I second this. You're gonna want a backpack or some paniers anyways, just add some light hiking shoes to the pack.

Yea. It’s still amazing how expensive not only the good gear is but also the bikes :angrygirl:
