    Depends. The hams I normally use have already been smoked, so I’m really just reheating them in the smoker (aka double smoked). This one is rolling fast, already at 145 which would be considered done, and it’s been on an hour. I’m letting it go longer since this one was cured, but not smoked(wife bought it). In general, they take a couple hours.

    You could do one then just freeze the leftovers. I make soup and chowder with the leftovers.

    Edit: apparently I had the therm touching the pan, ham is nowhere near done.
