Isn't this the same that is in the f150? Probably programmed differently but I'm curious if they have great hunt issues

I thought they would differentiate the US spec Ranger more so from the global platform. Oh well

Not sure honestly. I have a 2017 F250 V8 6 speed auto that just never seems to be in the right gear. It is so frustrating sometimes.

Pretty conservative styling. Looking at the front end, the grill headlights and daytime running lights look a lot like the Tacoma. Of course they have their Tacoma crawl control rip off.
Only 1 engine availabile and only two configurations with the bed and cabin... kind of strange.
I think it could end up being a pretty nice truck but I wouldn't touch it for the first two years cuz they're going to have mega problems with it. We think the Tacoma had issues, just wait.

Oh it comes with off-road shocks, oh and mts, and something called trail control. Ford said it was all new, and something like cruise control off-road. Sound familiar?

I actually passed the road version on I-295 an hour ago in VA. Wasn't impressed with the styling.

It looks like the took a colorado and a 3rd gen, and crammed them together......that said, I like the color. And that's about it. No MT, I'm out.

People need to do some research on these echo boost engines. Lots of issues with them. Also, the mileage has not been consistent, frequently getting much worse months into ownership.
It's just a new design gimmick, stick to traditional engines and you'll be good. Just look at the stupid atkinson-cycle junk in our Tacomas, great example.

Well we'll probably head more when it's officially unveiled at Detroit in terms of transmission motor options

I want to see the raptors variant
