    Closed minded?

Also I’m finding the more I delve into powerlifting and strong man I’ll be most likely cutting in the normal bulking times as well. Seems strong man and powerlifters are much better bulking up in times for meets

I’m sure I could if I wanted too. My problem is I don’t want too haha.

I honestly can’t imagine being a bodybuilder and getting leaner than 8% BF.

    5/3/1 squats last night:

    squats: 275x5, 315x3, 350x1 (easy)
deadlifts: 5 sets of 10 @ 225 (this started to suck after set 3)
    seated leg extensions: 3 sets
    seated leg curls: 3 sets
    calves and abs

That was day 1 of week 3. I can tell I'm getting more conditioned to the high rep stuff. I think my strength is increasing, as well. Next week is max week to see if the program has been working. I'm going to be going for a 340 bench (I did 350 in Dec, so this shouldn't be an issue), a 415 squat (I also did this in Dec, so it shouldn't be an issue either), and a ??? dead...my deadlift max around Sept 2016 was 500, but I stopped doing heavy deads after I got that to focus on my APT. When starting 5/3/1, I made my deadlift max 405 to ease back into it. Next week, I'm going to see what my true max is and start going off that since my APT is under control...I'm thinking it'll be somewhere around 475-490. We'll see.

    Cut Day 3:
It’s going OK food wise. But I’m really starting to struggle. I haven’t had a beer since Sunday. I’m not sure I have it in me to continue on like this...
