rant... i hate my p.o.s. car

so... i have an 03 hyundai p.o.s. santa fe. ive only had the damn thing since march 08. since then... ive:
put a brand new timing belt on it... (i dont do that kind of stuff so it cost me 1k....
went through that whole dilema with the dealer because the retards put the tires on inside out. (yes they are directional tires)
replace the trans. cooler (did that myself)
had to replace the power steering reservoir because it busted (did that myself)
had to replace the ac (did that myself)
re-seal the oil pan (did that myself)
a bunch of misc. crap that went wrong inside the car, bad dash bulbs, clearing out a stupid helicopter seed that got stuck in the fucking fan (yeh.. fan isnt strong enough to chop the little seed and spit it out the vents)
now.... i just lost power steering again... replaced the res. because i had the same symptoms as last time, no good... yeh... p.s. pump is bad... that thing is a p.i.t.a. to get to as well.


there are a ton of little things that i know im forgetting...

needless to say... i hate this p.o.s. car and the only reason i got it was because i really needed something at the time. now... im kicking myself in the ass for it.

thinking about selling it for what its worth (a little over my current amount i owe on it) and riding the motorcycle around until i save up enough $$$ to put down on a taco.

I thought it hyundai comes with 10 years/100,000 miles warrenty. Wouldnt that cover most stuff?

im a second owner. warrenty isnt transferable.. but they are willing to sell me one when i bought it for a couple grand... except... if i did any maintenance myself... the warrenty would be void. glad i read the fine print and refused.

 

lol yeh. if i know theres bad weather in the forecast i guess i will just hitch a ride or figure something out. im willing to do just about anything to get rid of this car....

To everybody:
dont get the wrong impression here.. im very greatful for what i have and know i could be much worse off... but im a kid in college, i pay for the car (car is in my name)..mommy and daddy didnt buy it for me... and i have to turn around and slap at least 100 down every time it needs repaired... which has been once-twice a month... gotta cut it off somewhere. i can get in to a taco for about 20k (before down payment) and probably have close to what my monthly payments on this car are now... not to mention, i will save a little on gas (oddly enough... yes.. i will save... once the truck is paid off)
