I've also heard that it might not be rifled, but that seems to be a bit dumb all around. I like the idea that it's created short so it can stay short though.

From what I’ve heard Franklin says it’s rifled.

Whatever the trick, I'm sure that once the workaround is known there will be a lot of 11.5" AR's hitting the market, similar to the non-NFA 14" shotguns.

Picked this up yesterday for under $300 (tax&transfer included) Put 200 rounds down range this morning no issues. This is the CHEAPEST handgun I've ever purchased. It shoots as good (OR BETTER) than some of my other 9's that cost double the price .IMG-0846.jpg

Found some M1 Garand parts I needed for spares at gunshow, also picked up 5 old squadron patches from a couple of units at one of my old bases...it was kind of strange but neat, since the base is in Texas and I find them out here in Spokane...;)

Ok guys, got a client looking for either an A5 or SBE2/SBE3 in wetlands camo with 3.5" chambering, looking on the used market and he's hoping to find something quick, I haven't found anything local and I've tried KYgunCO, buds, and arms list so far, any other places to look?

Bought a Savage model 10 in 223 tonight! $100 off at Dicks.

Its an odd exclusive Dicks model though, has a threaded bull barrel and a tactical bolt handle. 1:10 twist barrel iirc

Eventually it will be. First it needs a new scope

Nice! Probably not 1:10 - that’s pretty uncommon for 223.

But Dicks does have a lot of SMU rifles it seems. I got a Rem AAC SD but in a tan SPS stock for $200 less than the Hogue stocked model. Just wanted the barreled action anyway. $499.

Haven't had the chance to shoot one of these yet. I have a PPQ with a fantastic trigger. Wonder how this model compares. Can't really beat the price.

I have the primary arms 4-14x44 acss on my 308 and for what it cost its a fantastic scope. But i want to try to find something with a little less mushy turrets and possibly less magnification. Any suggestions?

Although, I will be honest. You have left me scratching my head a little bit on wanting less power on the 308. LOL
