    It’s about 1300 for a swap and labor pending on where you take it and I happen to know a guy. :hattip:


    Edit. That’s everything needed. Drop the truck off and pick it up 36 to 48 hours later

    Wow that’s a crazy swap. Never even heard of it till now! Not worth it for me as I doubt I’ll ever use that flex but pretty cool to see!

    Yes the needs list I do believe every Tacoma owner has one.I need 35’s after the 63 swap i need to re gear I need to re do my front susp to adjustable coilovers. I wonder if the needs list has a ending Paul. Oh by the way happy belated birthday :rofl::rofl:

    That's not confidence instilling... I'm in the planning stages of doing a 63" swap myself. For what I've read it's measure 10x weld once. I'm hoping it ain't too difficult, granted I suppose there's a difficulty difference between a 2nd and a 1st gen.

    I did my CMC this last weekend. I ended up plating it because I had the spare steel to do it and was concerned about the mount cutting tires or hanging up on obstacles. Pounded my pinch weld over flat, still need to trim MORE bumper. Got my 285's shoved about as far forward as they'll go. Should have just CMC'd to begin with vs trying to fight it with alignment.

    In short you will rub with 285's if someone says they don't then they're not stuffin rubber.

    On Todd’s end or mine. I have complete confidence in todd but I can’t even get him to make anupper bracket let alone a Whole swap again hahaha. It’s a time of work to do a swap w/links. I have confidence in my work also if I didn’t I wouldn’t have 6 trucks with my work holding the rear axle in place driving around. I don’t like doing things to others trucks before I do it on my own. Leafs are easy been there done that with my s10

    @Key-Rei the 1st gen is a little easier form what I see. The Frame doesn’t taper in the back.
