Hey everyone and welcome to my build thread. I own a 2016 Tacoma Limited that I got in March 2017. Like most, this is where I will post all the updates and modifications I have made to my truck. Under each category is the order I put them on. I have them all listed, and pictures below.

Yeah working on it. I did all the stuff in the list above, just didn't have pictures for it all so working on those to get this all up to date

Haha it's not even 50%. Hopefully by this weekend it shouldn't be as cold

 

Which tailgate inserts did you use?

 

I went with the 'Tufskinz'

 

Not really a mod but added a D ring into the side of the bed to hold my Eliminator booster/compressor

 

Changed the carbon forged towing ball to a stainless steel one.
The Carbon looked cool but when you use it the finish wears off it just starts to rust.
Stainless looks good too

 

Got them mounted up!

Some off roading to get there. The pictures deffinetely don’t show how steep and tall the rocks were

 

When you bought the 5100s did they come with the plate to prevent the taco drivers side lean? I'm planning on the same suspension upgrade to my sport that you used and want to know if I needed to source that plate separately. Thanks!

 

Hey man. No it didn’t come with it so you would have to source it separate. I’ve seen it come in kits but I didn’t go that route.
