    Glad he got a new battery for himself and that's a nice looking battery.

    I'm guessing you were unable to tell it was starting to die on you?

    Just over a year ago I started noticing a very weak crank-over. About 2months later I go to get my oil change and the guy did a free battery check and told me I should start thinking about a new battery. I told him I was already planning on it. He showed me the numbers and from 650cca it was barely doing 248.

    I got the Walmart EverStart MAXX g.s. 24F and have been really happy with it.

    When my truck was sitting out in the desert for about 2months, I was worried I'd need a jump, but it cranked over without any issues like it never sat.

    Anyways, I've had mine just over a year and it's still running strong. Very pleased with my purchase.

    Sorry man. Husky Haven may be your last resort. I spoke with my neighbor and he got his from a friend (similar situation as yours). The friend of his got the pup from Husky Haven and had nothing but praises. I’ll keep asking around in the meantime.
