    you sir, need a hobby...
luv those wheels, what are they?
I run them too, the HD version. Have been great. Loaded the truck down with supplies and a full bed of fire wood when we went to black mountain, didnt sag at all. That being said, when they get dirty the get SQUEAKY!

    See above comment.

seriously though, i get it for all you guys who take good care of your trucks, I just dont care that much lol.

    these still available??
I still have mud all over the dash and interior B pillars from RRG last july lol

Haha, I’ve started to really enjoy detailing. Working on the trucks and now detailing it is my hobby, and shooting guns. It’s winter so I can’t go wheeling yet either.

You can build your own for $20. This is mine ( granted for the 4R, but should be similar in concept). A paracord frame, some small zip ties, and a cargo net. Wouldn't hold recovery gear but good for light, bulky items. We put jackets and paper towels up there when camping.

@Tretiak30 or anyone else for that matter, do you remember what the max output is for the factory wiring to the 2nd gen fogs? I found a set of 18w pods that I had burried in the garage and i might do a swap if the factory wires can handle it.

Stock fogs are 35W. Some people usually put 50W bulbs IIRC...so 18 should be no problem at all.

It’ll handle almost every LED pod out there. I think it’s probably 10-15amps. Remember they had to power halogens, so they have enough wire for LEDs.

I have Baja Designs pros hooked up to them right now and I think that’s close to 10amps. Never had a problem

How do you like the pros? I'm considering the sports but I have no idea what kind of light output the stock ones have. Not sure if I should pay the extra for the pros

I have the amber versions for fog. They work. I put sports on the Raptor and they are bright enough for daily use. Unless you are always off road, not worth it for the pros

Amber is my plan for fog as well. Guess I never have experienced too bright before. What kind of diffuser do you recommend? I was planning on getting the driving/cornering combo or whatever they call it

FWIW, I have the Cali Raised LED's for the front. They are pretty much Amazon-caliber pods labeled as 18w ambers. I run them whenever my headlights are on and I get flashed from passing motorists maybe once a month at best. They aren't blinding, but if you look directly at the beam they mess with your vision, if that makes any sense. I wouldn't recommend anything more powerful for daily driving.s5.jpg
