    New furnace and AC unit is installed. Getting quotes for drywall, paint and trim work. Working on getting things lined up for new carpet install and hardwood install. Wife is working to get some closet system peeps in to design us a new closet. Also need to get some pods to get my furniture in for hardwood install and to clear out my garage for drywall install. This will give me a great opportunity to really clean out my garage, get the walls painted, and get that spendy garage floor coating.

    I have a lot of nice hardwood that is going to get ripped out, might try to save some to build a bar...and put it in the garage..and find a nice home for my kegerator in my garage. :goingcrazy::boom:

    On the upside, my house is going to be like new in a month or so. :wink:
