    The hoist is connected to the 2x4 via some angle-iron so I could easily offset the lifting position to compensate for added weight on either side of the rack (recovery tracks now, and hi-lift on the other side soon) and it's working well.

    Used some 12' lashing straps ran through the large eyelets (only that large to lessen the wrap of the straps).

    A thing or two...
    I'm in VA as well and don't have to deal with emissions testing. However, the LCE header doesn't alter or change any of the existing emissions equipment, so you should be fine. The Air Injection System still exists and functions, and it doesn't delete any of the existing cats.
