Do you need a special (spanner) tool to adjust the height of King C/O's?
    Thanks in advance

you dont "have" to have a spanner but it makes it alot easier.

some people just buy a long screw driver and cut off the end and use it as a ghetto spanner

be sure to have the truck jacked up and loosen the set screw when you make adjustments

You can get a complete set of spanner wrenches at a local Harbor Frieght store.
