Forgot to post my Christmas haul. I went from no lights to now two too many! I bought one wiring harness, and will pick up another one. Now I have to figure out how to install and wire these up.

 

Anyone on the Eastern Shore area of MD/VA have a plasma cutter and welder? Willing to bring beer and good times... ok times at a minimum.

 

What do you need the plasma and welder for?

No need for a plasma on that. Done it plenty of times with a cut off wheel.

 

I know... but where's the fun in that? If your not slicing through steel like butter, your only having OK times.

 

I guess, but I'm not a fan of "overkill" on chopping with these trucks. Would rather do the "less fun" route and end up with professional results that look factory.

 

I'd bet @Mobtown Offroad could do it for a nominal fee.

$125, includes plates. Takes about 1 hour. We cut, weld, grind and paint.

So now I have the delema of picking new tires for my truck. Going to stick with the 265/75-R16 size, and there are SOOOOO many options out there. It will be fun looking at these and finding the look I like for the price I like. I don’t want to be spending $200-plus per tire.

I will also be hitting you up @Fish12South for the front shocks I’ve been wanting for a while now. Those and the new(er) rear leaf assembly from a TRDPro I got, should be sitting pretty nice.

 

I'd advise not getting Nitto Terra Grapplers. That's what I have, and I'm not a fan. Their wet performance sucks. They seem to be fine in everything else, but a little water and I'm sliding corners and spinning taking off from a stop.
