    Some really cool shit
I'm going to have to hold off on the lowers for the time being. 2017 took it's toll. Besides, I'm only Extended travel for now.

Stock length arms like I got don't really give you more travel. For that you would need to go Long Travel which I didn't want to do.
If I hadn't jacked up the stock LCA I probably wouldn't have got them at this time. But I would have gotten them eventually.

Built a low profile rack for the cap today for a fly rod holder and the Yakima. It was a great project for the weekend but the entire capper is curved which made it difficult to mount flush.

Yesterday I picked up a TRD Sport hood that a fella had laying out in his yard for a year. Paid $50. Good find from my local yardsale FB group. I never really wanted to get one, but for $50?! Just need to get the scoop itself (another $100 or so), clean it up a bit, and I'm ready to join the fake scoop life. :woot:

I plan to get a small light bar to mount inside of it. I know people have gotten a lot of hate, both for the scoops and putting lights in them, but I really dgaf. This is gonna be my first mod, outside of taking off mudflaps, lol.

I've been working on a short awning to cover the back of the truck from the elements while camping. Based on awnings found on many rack tents, using struts coming off the rack rails. No ground poles, no stakes, no guy wires to trip over. It clears over the obnoxiously proud topper gate.

This is a work and progress and still needs a bit of finishing work and testing (i.e., camping). I'll make a write up if any of you are interested.

Today’s $32 Amazon order. Using the color matched paint for my (currently chrome) grill. Someone said to use oven cleaner on my oem grill to remove the chrome...is this the best method?
