What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Hardest part was aligning the breather bracket with the powertray arm with the bolt and then feeling around for the hole on the fender. I got it done though.

 

Finally ordered my SOS sliders. Now for the long 10 week wait ((!!!

 

What size tires you running? I like that look.

 

Oh shoot, I should add that to the directions... Its much easier to do if you reach up from underneath by the wheel well. It's pretty easy to tighten the bolt from down there as well.

 

Yeah I thought about doing that but I was able to find the hole on my first or second attempt ...

 

Installed 5100’s on rear will have someone do front.

Raptor lights installed. Detailed the truck and washed off all the dirt from this weekend.

 

I want one, as well. I think they look great.

 

So I have these untouched in the box...


But can’t help wondering if I’d like these better...

I saw your post on the FB page. This is a steal!

 

engine and trac light went on last week. Ran the code and got p2241 code back. O2 senor... brought it into dealer because truck has only 40xxx km on it and they were unable to figure out what was wrong and were only able to clear the code that was back on before I was off the lot... and not before they were able to charge for 1.5 hours worth of labor for clearing a code....

Anyways!.. does anyone have experience or heard anything of this problem? They want $310 for a new bank #2, senor #1, so also if anyone has advice on a cheaper route

I like it better that way, the sound it makes with the windows down is AAAWESOMEEEEE!!! also, when you are on dusty trails (and you are not the leader) you get less dust in the air filter

Removed the poly spacer lift that was on my truck and installed OME 884s on Bilstein 5100s. Rides much, much better now that I’m preload free

 

Nice set up!

 

Just make sure you take the grill off the truck when you spray the oven cleaner, that shit will tear off any paint. Prepare to hold your breath like hell too, does not feel good getting a whiff of that stuff. Find your local dollar store to grab a can of the oven cleaner though.
