Did you have to wire anything special for the reverse light function or did the trailer harness plugin work fine?

The trailer hookup has a reverse light that I tied into. There is a pin out diagram on the folding cover.

Did I read somewhere that plugging into the harness caused a slight delay in lighting up the bar lights so that they are not synchronized with the tail lights as opposed to a direct splice ?

Well... im not sure that the trailer hookup is the cause. I think that the electronics in the light bar may be the culprit. I tested with 12v power supply before installing and it had the delay then as well. This is my biggest complaint about it but I can deal with it.

Sorry to drag this one back up but wondering if you ever checked the clearance on that hole? I'm assuming this just sticks on with no clamps right?
Might be smart of them to make clamps so you can pull it off to access the hole.

I’ve seen the Jeep guys mount a brake light inside their spare hanging off the back of their jeeps, you could do something similar I’m sure. I saw one that pulsed and strobed and did all kinds of shit like that.

Sorry for the delay - I have been very busy. I tried to fit the spare tire release tool clearance - no good. I will have to take a dremmel tool with a sandpaper wheel to it in order to create clearance. The option of moving the light bar up is a non-starter because it would not be visible at all...but it will work if i trim it a bit. I will paint the cut edges with galvanizing paint and then top it off with touch up paint. should not be visible.

Sorry for the delay. Used the dremmel to create a little more space for the spare tire release bar.

    You definitely got my attention.
Not a big fan of the led strip under the tail but it looks good. I think its more of just the way it all works together. Well done.
