1. Tuesday morning manditory meeting reviewing company paid holiday policy.
2. Document a meeting citing each offender of company holiday/sick/paid time off policy.
3. After the company limit of citations, legal grounds for dismissal.

 

There very well could be immediate time off without pay for this stunt is what I am hearing it is going to put to them like this.

We are all gathered here to discuss paid time off and the planned changes are as follows: Do to recent actions taken we will no longer have 10 payed holidays per yr we are going to only have seven now...

 

Where ya work? Im looking for a job and DGAF about holidays.

Fun sidebar: I flew from SFO to NRT next to the guy who is responsible for that rule. I even fact checked him.. he was legit.

Flying back to Tokyo made an off color comment about the people that don't turn their shit off. The dude next to me then spent about an hour explaining the reasoning behind it. I said "you sure know a lot about this" to which he replied that he was the decision maker that prompted the FAA ruling limiting the use of electronic devices during take off and landing.

Got home and looked up the study and reports he was referencing. And sure enough... he was the signature that made the call.
