What he said \/ the 6.5 Grendel is the 6.5 that works in the AR-15 platform, the Grendel is a short action case similar to the .308.

A gift certificate from Griffin. They were running a promotion for a while during the elections and if you bought a suppressor from them they would include a $200 gift certificate for their site.

Finished building this 7.5” pistol in .300 BLK a few weeks ago. Still tuning the gas system for subsonic rounds. Eats up supersonic just fine305A224C-7493-4CB2-8556-478027E8C16F.jpg . FA1719FB-9366-4337-86CE-2E1F6068E42C.jpg

Double check that the hammer spring is installed correctly. Even though it was factory assembled, human hands still touched it and it might be worth a second look. Happened to me with an Aero lower.
Would you happen to know what buffer came in your lower? (Size/weight). I finished assembling mine and haven't had a chance to shoot it yet. Looking at @Doughnut Spaghetti ’s previous advice on buffer weight has me second guessing my parts. I want to see what your experience was. IIRC, PSA has their buffers color coded (white, orange, or blue tip determine the buffer weight) if you didn’t want to weight the buffer itself.

How do you like the Ghost Firearms upper? I wanted to get one in 9mm but ended up building my own. The law tactical folding adapter is a great touch and I want to put them on my SBR and my 9mm

Better to ask what I have not done.
The top one is a 6.5 creedmoor and is an ar10 platform, the bottom is a 6.5 grendel and is a ar15 platform.

The very bottom is abused keen boots with mismatched shoe laces

Truthfully, I only bought the Ghost upper and hand guard because they were a good price stripped and already were Tungsten Cerakote. Other than the color and the tiny “G” logo stamped on it, they are functionally identical to every other upper out there. The hand guard ID however is VERY slim if you are trying to run a can or larger OD flash can/muzzle device. I had to use a KAK Industry Slimline and it fits with just a few thousandths of clearance. The Law Tactical folder is definitely the highlight of the build, and while it is expensive; it was worth every penny.
