    Hey Guys,

    Many of you are probably aware of this but for those that do not, I recommend checking if the studs are flushed before running .75 wheel spacers in the front. Last Friday I noticed a knocking sound coming from my front end, also the steering wheel was jerking at low speeds. I brought it into my local service shop and according to my service shop these are too short to run since the OEM studs are not sitting flush and are pushing on my Method NV wheels.

    Note: There are wheels out there that can account for the OEM studs or you can trim the studs. I am going to run 1.25" spacers possibly all around to be safe. You may also get away with running Bora 1" spacers but not a 100% sure.

    Not sure why spacer size would matter as long as they were installed correctly??

    They said it wasn't flushed due to the center bolt. When I see them tomorrow, i'll have them show me what was happening. I've been running these since the September, so would like to know more on what they're saying. I told them I hit a pothole, which in NYC it equals a crater.

    Definitely give us some more details on this. I have been running the 3/4 Bora's for a few years now with no issues. Would be good to know if it was a spacer failure, they loosened up, or something else.

    For .75" spacers you'd either need longer wheel studs, or to cut your stock wheel studs (unless your wheels have a deep enough pocket on the back for ~.5" of a stud to poke through).
    Being .75" alone doesn't mean you'll have a problem.

    Did you get cheap spacers, or quality hub centric spacers?
