I'm glad those pics helped out. The pictures still do no justice. It's much better in person. I can't imagine you will be disappointed at all. Glad I could help out and if you have any questions I'll do my best to provide answers.

I ran down to Walmart today and purchased a new single bulb for $6.88 and it works great now! Same color as the other bulb as well.

I followed the link for the fog and low beams and the Amazon pase said these do not fit my 2017 Tacoma? Is that an error message? $20 sounds to good to be true. I had a set of Auer fogs in my old truck that got totalled and they were great. I paid $188 from the dealer that I work for. We don't carry them anymore and the cheapest I could find them was around $250. I am spending to much cash on my new truck and wifey says she's had enough of that crap! But 20 buck's isn t nothing!

Don't buy the $20 fogs or the bulbs he has listed for the low beams (same ones). They're junk and you would be wasting your money.

The OP needs to edit his post so people don't keep buying the crappy lights. Maybe a moderator could step in.

Sup @Parker315 ? Hey, just curious. Is there a Amazon version of those license plate lights? I don't mind following your lead but the total for 2 of those is like 12 bucks shipped.

Is this about the average price for those?

Reason I'm asking is I am seeing 10 pack versions of the same style lights on Amazon for about the same amount as 2 lights from Super Bright. I just don't wanna go against the grain here.

I saw these 300 Lumen versions and the reviews are very good.

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B077PT8DGJ?psc=1

I was just thinking that since I have the other bulbs in my cart, why not get them all from Amazon.....and couldn't I use these for the side marker lights in the headlight assembly too?

Also, and I'm just asking, and not doubting anything, but how come you went with a different bulb for the license plate lights than the OP used? That pic he posted looks pretty impressive.

One last thing. Did I read somewhere that the 2017s have LED lights for the license plate lights already? Mine definitely doesn't look as bright as yours or the OP.

    Thanks again!

Those on Amazon should do just fine. I think I bought that same pack for my wife for Christmas to go in her Rav4. I've always used super bright LED and never had an issue so that why I went with them personally. From a money saving perspective though I think that's a good deal on Amazon. Makes perfect sense to just purchase in one place too.

Honestly, I never looked at what OP posted because it was back in the summer of 2016 and there is already better lights out now than what he posted back then. Technology is forever changing. Plus I bought all of my stuff before seeing what OP posted. I am sure the tag lights OP posted are just fine. The Fogs, Highs, and Lows I would not go with though. All the other items look good.

I tend to do a lot of research and read reviews on the same product on different site rather than just one. I am particular and typically want the best of everything (as my budget allows of course lol).

I think you might be referring to the 3rd brake light. I think those come with LED's. My bed lights that are in the 3rd brake light are bright white like LED. I don't think that the tag lights come in LED though. IDK lol

The light bar and the brackets you got, was it pretty easy to install? Direct fit or did you need to do any cutting? I'm looking to get one and that price for the brackets and bar isn't bad at all. Are you happy with the light bar?

Also, your high beams, I have them for my lows and fogs. I haven't tried them in the high beams but I've read that LEDs don't throw as far in the high beams. How do you like them?

The brackets are a direct fit and only require minor trimming on the wind deflectors. Check out this video for detailed installation.
    https://youtu.be/FUJ25TTwsQg

I’m EXTREMLEY happy with the light bar and the light output. Especially for the price. Only thing I did, just for piece of mind, was use a Crystal Clear silicon to seal around the glass and edges to be sure moisture couldn’t get it.

Now, something to note. Since it’s a CaliRasied bracket and a AuxBeam light bar. The light mount holes on the bracket are smaller then the actually holes on the light. Not a big issues just need a specific bolt and some nuts to make it work perfectly. I picked mine up at an Ace Hardware. Let me look them up and I’ll let you know exactly what you need. I may have to go to the store and take pictures to show you so just bare with me.

As for the high beam Hikari bulbs. I think they are fantastic and they throw just fine for me. Since you have them already and they are all H11. Just pull them out of the fogs and stick them in your high beams to compare before buying another set.

First post here - apologies in advance if this has been brought up..and browsing through 54 pages didnt seem so fun.
But are there any H11 LEDs in amber for fogs? Or would that require buying kits for the yellow/amber color? I am looking for that yellow/amber mainly for snow use.

Awesome. I think I'll order that setup here in the next few days. You don't need to worry about running to the store to get that info, I'm sure I can figure it. Thanks though!

I'm gonna do that today. Pull my fogs out and put them in the high beams and see how I like them. I'll take before and after pictures and post them here in case anybody else wants to see the different.

Check these out. There are probably tons of other options on the market by now. Just need to search.

    LASFIT H11/H8/H9 Dual Color LED Headlight Bulbs, Switchback White/Yellow(6000K/3000K), Philips Flip Chip 72W 8400LM Hi/Lo Beam/Fog Light-Pack of 2 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076DR4GHH/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_aHKxAbVW85YRJ

Sweet!! If I find the extra bolts I bought I’ll snap a pic. In the mean time I’ll search the net and see if I can find them. It’s basically a manifold bolt that’s two different sizes on each end.

@Technique here is a similar style bolt I used. It’s a double ended stud bolt. I took the hardware from the light and the hardware from the bracket to Ace figured out what metric size of both and they happen to have some. I got the nuts that fit the two different sizes to tighten it all down.

    Hope this makes sense. C88A7D62-BF12-4410-903D-0F41445BFC13.jpg

That price tag though! I was looking for maybe a yellow lens that I could put over my fogs when its rainy/snowy/foggy out so I can see better. I wanna keep the white LED fogs for normal conditions as they are bright as hell and very handy.

For sure, like I said I’m positive there are other options out there. These are dual color both white and yellow. To changes the colors you just turn them on and then back off. Easy and no need to remove the bulbs to add a lens. Probably why the price is a bit high.

Ok, I dropped the Amazon license plate bulbs in my cart. I am very OCD and research the heck outta things. I need to make sure I buy whatever has the highest success rate because my luck is the worst. If even 5% have a bad experience likely I will make it 6%. LOL

Yea, I was referring to the license plates being LEDs already. I know the Third Brake light is though and for me, I have to drop the headliner to get to the bolts that hold that in so I ain't messing with that. just want brighter headlights, fogs, license plate and reverse lights for now. I may though the brake lights in there too since they are not that expensive.

The maps and dome are covered.

I would love to have some BLHM fronts and blacked out tails but then we are talking over a grand. Bright ass LEDs will be great until I can afford that.

    Thanks again!!!
    Rob
