Lol trying to not drop another 5k on the place but from all I’m reading that’s the case. Shit ton of pumps pipes and filters already in the garage and are only 5 years old there’s some terminox iron and manganese filter already out there but doesn’t seem to be doing the job

 

That’s where I’m at now like 4 miles from the NC line vs I was in western branch but the land and huge garage sold me lol

 

Any neighbors close by you can ask what they use? Water softner is going to be your best bet

Nice. I wouldn't mind moving out that way but I keep telling the wife our next move will be out to the western part of the state or WV. I would introduce yourself and just see how they treat the well water if they have the same issue. May not be as deep or deeper then their well, who knows.
So you need to find @Boogyman and I some fire roads to play in. I hear he wants to play in the swamp. haha.

 

Ya no idea how deep my well is either still researching House was built back in the late 80s so a little research required.

Workin on that one still been using google maps to look for anything that looks remotely promising and there’s a few areas I may have to go look around at to see if they’re accessible.
Btw you wouldn’t happen to be in the market for some offroad bumpers would ya.....

I have made a few trips out that way searching promising spots and came up with big let downs or short 1/4 mile spots that dead ended.
Not really in the market for any big mods right now. Love my US Offroad Hiidden Winch bumper too much right now to change it. Wouldn't mind a rear one but not much money to budget for one. Post up what you have in here and maybe someone local will bite

 

I might be interested in a 12-15 front bumper. I’m in the process of facelifting and I HATE this ARB I’ve got.

My front has the US Offroad hidden winch bumper that required me to cut out the center bottom support. My rear is chrome since my truck is an Offroad

Haha I’d honestly consider it but for now I gotta keep driving mine 100+ mile round trip to work only have 6-7k miles on the gears got a hook up from a guy on a FB page with a nice 4 runner that works at 4wp

Sadly yes, It requires a neutralizer because the water has to be neitral for the iron removal tank to work. Then you have the Iron removal tank which does remove the iron but makes your water hard so then you have to add a water softener. Call Rainsoft and ask for a test and maybe a quote. Culligan sucked and flooded my kitchen.

 

Maybe the system just needs to be serviced
