    Did engine get pressure washed at car wash? If so, that’s maybe what lead to initial problem.

    THEN dude jumped it wrong & blew fuse.

    No the wife just hosed down the outside with the pressure washer. She didn't even do a good job. I asked her to make sure she didn't get close to the engine. She said she didn't spray under it either. From the looks of the engine bay it doesn't look like any water got in either.

    The only other thing is a shop did the front brakes and rotors the day before. Not sure what they could of messed up there?

    About to put the new battery in... be right back.

    @Bell214b hahahahha

    Woot Woot!!! All new fuses and new battery and she started right up. About to go for a little drive just to make sure all systems are a go.

    Thank you all for your input. I've been heavily involved in cars from racing GTS III series with my e36 M3 to the beginning days of King of the Hammers and I've never had a battery just suddenly die on me like that. I thought for sure something else was wrong. Learn something new everyday.

    Cold at night, heat in the day from the engine, that cycle will kill a battery. My guess is your truck stays outside and not in a garage huh?

    Will do! Let me find a 2nd gen photo thread. :D

    Correct it sits in the driveway. That makes sense too. We moved to CO last year and its always hot during the day and then temp drops like 30 to 40 degrees at night.

    Dang! Thank you for all your help man!

    Haha right! $20 for fuses and $114 for the battery. I just got the battery from Toyota because it was the cheapest and I'm thinking about moving to a turd gen this year.

    I know! We put a ton of miles down on trails though and driving all over the country. The wife is hating the 2nd gen seats and demanding heated seats. Not going to lie, I do like the new body style too.
