is anyone by any chance running a TW F50? Just purchased one and was debating on hardwiring it or not and getting some feedback. Will buy a two socket adapter for the DC port for now till I decide wether I’ll hardware it or not.
I’ll be mounting mine right in front of the rear view mirror for a hidden and discreet look.

It's really easy to "hardwire" / power it from the outlet in the center console as most cameras come with a long enough cord. From the console, up the tunnel, up, over and behind the glove box. Up the A pillar and above the headliner over to the camera. One piece of coat hanger to fish it through and you only have to remove the two screws on the A pillar cover and the cabin filter cover. If you go this route, start at the console and go forward as the hole in the bottom of the console is too small for the USB plug to come back up through. I know...

Hey- don’t use the constant power setup on that, wire directly to your fuse box for that, issues still. But the switched one works great.

Don't the freakin' "structions" tell you to hardwire it at the fuse box..... If it didn't then their instructions are crap...
Easy to hard wire at the fuse box.... 1 wire to full time 12V all time...1 to 12V when in ACC mode...
A five yr old can do it..!! (try Cig. lighter and hazard lites)..!!

If you do not hard wire it, then you don't get Parking mode.... This is THE very best option you want..!

Hard wire and get a unit that monitors your voltage and keeps the battery good.! Like Power Magic Pro..!

Which one is that, it looks awesome, plus its small too?, how much time can they film for or does it run on loop until you catch something?
