Yea I want it for small bolts and also the larger ones too , where you would normally need a inch pound (spark plugs) and foot pounds (bed bolts) one this one will work on both I think .

It's because half of the rivnuts we installed were a hair crooked. That install was a bit of a pain, but it's on there rock solid.

I have it to make sure my torque wrenches are spot on. After calibrating my torque wrenches they can be set anywhere within their range and be DAMN close. Also checked the digital torque adapter by hanging a weight at a 90* angle to a breaker bar at a known length from pivot and it was 100% spot on so its a good reference to keep the clicker torque wrenches on point.

The dewalt is pretty nice. They have a mid range torque version coming out any day now (smaller, lighter, less torque). The big guy is honestly too much for most things. It's a freaking hoss.

After battling with the struts on my wife's Nissan Altima a freaking hoss is what I am looking for. I have many, many HF tools and a few Dewalt tools but the DCF899 has been on my to get list for quite awhile.

It’s an animal. There have only been one set of bolts that it couldn’t get undone in all the times I’ve used it.

If I had had it when I did the struts I would have saved myself literally about 4 hours of work.

Yes, that was awhile ago. Of course part of the problem was that I was given the wrong struts to begin with. After installation I had about a 6 inch gap between the fender and the top of the wheel!

I subscribe to a YouTube channel that gives advice on what to buy at Harbor Freight. I just purchased their 21-gallon air compressor and thought I got a good buy at $149.99. This video shows the same air compressor for 50% off the marked down price of $110 = only $55. After watching this video I wondered if anyone else has seen what is shown @2:30 of this video?

The 899 will get it off or break it off.
