The starter click is due to the contacts in the starter solenoid being burned from years of use. Normal wear and tear. I recently replaced the contacts on my starter a few months ago for the same thing. 35 bucks for the contacts and an hour of my time. Search there is a thread here for it.

I think you mean having the CRC applied to the frame, yes I have had it sprayed on my frame.

Ah yeah that's right, but HT has more luck than a 4 leaf clover on a penny with Lincoln head faced up landing on a rabbits foot while a leprechaun rides him across a rainbow, why he hasn't played the loto is beyond me.....anyone else? Just want to see the miles on this, some of these dealers can be assholes.

I took my frame to the same dealer that homer did.because of their willingness to "DO what they are being paid to do from TOYOTA corporate.

I had an old boss that was rich as shit, I asked him why he worked, he said "so I don't spend money cause I am bored and go broke, I need something to do"

He did a lot of sports betting, he was real good in the MLB world.

Just got my 06 back from the frame replacement. They tried told me that the rear shocks and sway bar links were shot and wanted to charge me for them to be replaced. When I told them that they were replaced in August the tech said that he can cross those off of the list.

They installed the new shocks that I brought with me.I asked them to replace the sway bar links.I received a call and was told that it is a waste of money to do this .Not needed at this time.

I took my truck in a week ago and it failed. It’s got 202k miles on it. Dealership said it would be 2-3 months to get parts. I chose to leave my truck at the dealership and drive a free rental til then.
I haven’t had time to read through this entire thread but has anyone else provided new cab mounts, ss brake lines, etc. for the dealership to replace while it’s apart?
This is the worst spot I could find up next to the cats. 71245BF3-5899-4CB0-8A98-6CBB5880099E.jpg
