I ordered from the same seller and just got mine in today. It was supposed to arrive Saturday, but got delayed and the post office was closed Sunday and Monday.
I got the one piece, so I will be painting the letters then installing it.
    Just be patient!

Did you matte clear the whole grille, or just the letters? If you did the whole grille, do you have any pics?

Good to hear you got yours. I think I will get mine too. After eBay got involved he left me a bizarre but overall encouraging message once I waded through the language barrier. I’m hoping for the two piece.

Ordered mine from "grill-pro" in late nov and it arrived in early dec (9 days) in good condition. Only difference I noted from the "real" ones is it was missing two wiring harness tabs and 4 vertical supports on the center horizontal on the backside, from the front it looks like any other grille. The whole "TOYOTA" center piece removes with screws and (i assume) the TSS-P radar delete piece is held in with screws also. I have a 2017, no TSS. Love the truck and the grille. Makes the front look "darker".

I would strongly recommend everyone who is thinking about getting one of these to send an IM to gunny1005 here on the forum (ESPECIALLY those with a 2018 like me with TSS). He is the parts manager at Camelback Toyota here in AZ. I ordered one of these cheapo ones...it showed up as a one piece which I don't mind and in good condition, but got cold feet on installing after reading all the issues with TSS errors. I messaged Gunny this morning and he quoted me a price for the new 2018 OEM pro grill WITH needed garnish for TSS for not much more than these knock offs are going for (think about half of what you see it advertised online for from other Toyota dealers). It is probably a bit cheaper for me since I am local and would pick up, but I know he does not add much for shipping. It is on backorder for 3 weeks, but I am willing to wait a bit for a better quality genuine piece that I do not need to whip out a can of Krylon for and is made for my TSS sensor.

In other news my chinese one should be on AZ classifieds section soon for local pickup for $80 :)

Not sure about that. I paid $125 for the grill and $35 for my garnish.

I'm not sure what difference an OEM is going to make, it's just a piece of plastic either way.

And, correct me if I'm wrong, but I've only seen one person with TSS errors.

I have seen at least 3 over the past month on various forums. They get the "clean sensor" warning. Well yes, they are both plastic, but with individual letters held on with tape (might be an issue here in Phoenix with consistent 120 degree heat), "T" and "A" needing paint upon arrival and often flashing issues with sections on the chinese ones. To each thier own, The knock off looks good but personally I will be spending an extra $100 to get OEM with proper TSS lens from the factory for a new truck I just paid $40,000 for.

You’ll pay a lot more than $100 more for the factory Toyota grill.

You can buy just the OE garnish for $40 and it will eliminate any error problems. The members having the issues are installing it without the garnish and leaving in the blank plastic garnish. I'm into it for around $160 which is better than the $450 from my dealer.

The whole point of my original post this morning was to refer you to a fellow member that works at a Toyota dealer in parts and can get you the original OEM PRO grill with lens for around half of the $450 you quoted. Just trying to share the love, mine is already on order so you guys can get whatever floats your boat :)

Great info, but I think it was the "for not much more than these knock offs are going for" part that didn't really jive.
