    cnote4l, These slash guards look pretty good.

    I started thinking about building some out of metal last night in hopes of increasing fuel economy. Don't know if metal versions would squeak like mad though....

    Has anyone reported back that these reduce road noise or increase fuel economy? How do they perform when one is running an off road bumper?

    I'd really be interested in testing these paired with home fabricated internal grill vents directing all air through the radiator!

    Thanks for your interest! This product is engineered to provide max engine coverage from the outside elements while allowing air to flow/ventilate properly to and from the engine. These guards do not noticeably increase fuel economy or reduce road noise. Fuel efficiency/road noise is influenced by many variable factors

    Since the batches I started offering upgraded clips with each set (optional) Saves errbody some time and $ by not having to outsource a mounting solution. Including clips also makes the Set a true plug n play right out of the box 20180109_222735.jpg :transformer:
