Recently put an AT habitat and custom swingout on my rear Total Chaos SUA kit... Sagging pretty good now.

Just wondering if anyone is running their heavy duty springs and found them too stiff and wanted to swap for the regular duty ones.

Other than that what are my options for heavier springs? I can order a custom alcan pack for ~1k$, or a new set of the deaver HD springs for around the same price. Any better options?

smashed this, broke that, covered it up with tape and paint
I'm running the HD pack and still think they are too soft
    (For any weight)

Have you tried calling? Email in general is not a great way to get things done quickly.

Also, it looks like you don't live very far away from them. Might not be a bad idea to pop in and take a look at what you're buying. Did I mention they build trophy trucks there?

Don't know if you would have any interest, but I am going to be selling my kit in a few months and I have the HD springs.

Shipping would probably kill that... what are you switching to?

Any idea if we can pack some extra leafs in to stiffen them up or is that not doable?

I know when I talked to TC they said that a few of their guys who have the HD kit will actually get an AAL made from deaver specifically for it. This will help the sag, but not sure with a non-HD pack if it would feel weird. Im going to the DMZ rear...just need a couple months before I can get on the schedule to get it installed.

I believe there is a shop close to you that dose custom leaf packs. @jberry813 might be able to point you in the right direction. also @Y2kbaja did a custom pack as well in the Sacramento area, I cant remember who they went through.

Sacramento Spring in West Sacramento. Check with Samco Fab in Sparks and see where they would have springs done.

They do great work and considered, nothing set in stone yet so I'll have awhile to decide

Sounds like a solid option...I am going to try to sell mine as a kit preferably.

Thank you but I would imagine shipping would be pretty cost prohibitive on something this big and heavy.
