    Been a while since I’ve been on! I’ve been sick and working on the house! I did manage to do a few things with the truck:

    I got a shackle hitch D-ring finally

    I just installed new PIAA LED headlamp bulbs today, will report back on the output after driving home tonight

    I had to cut slits in the rubber dust cap to slide the larger diameter bulb through. Hopefully the seal is still tight enough to not allow condensation to occur in the housing.

    And I replaced my LF abs/wheel speed sensor harness due to this code and the fact that I pinched the wires a while back and they ended up exposed. The code did come back and I am waiting on the speed sensor to show up at the shop. With the bad harness and sensor, my abs module would intermittently activate itself and if you happened to be braking when it did, it made the truck pull hard right. And no I have no air in the brake lines, I flush the brakes yearly so I always have clean fluid and a nice firm pedal.

    The led bulbs have a shield over the low beam chip to simulate a cut-off line so as not to blind oncoming drivers with LEDs in the non projector housings. I’ll see how it does. If condensation occurs or I start pissing people I’ll swap back to halogen and wait to order custom housings at a later date lol

    This is the old harness that was pinched. The harness itself does not supply power to the sensor, only signal from the sensor to the ECU

    The only thing that concerns me with these bulbs is they have fans. Most of the ones that have recently been developed are fan-less
