Awesome response! I’ll post these up in my store very soon. The kit will include 6 vent rings, 2 center console pieces, and 2 start button rings. I’ll have versions for the AT and MT (coming soon). Unfortunately I will not have one for the 4WD knob. Due to the shape the vinyl cannot be easily installed without wrinkles.

I will offer only matte black for now but will test the look of other colors as time permits.

The kits will be $25 plus shipping.

I tried to get everything in this shot to show what it looks like.

EDIT: I'll also include a slotted decal to cover the glove box lock.

Looks great! I'm in for a matte black set. And if you get to colors down the road I'd even look into an orange set to match dash trim

I may add color options in the near future. I need to see how the glossy, colored vinyl "behaves" in these locations. Stay tuned!

 

you should do a set that also comes with the toyota logo on the steering wheel.

and what about two pieces that go over the handles? one on the top section and one on the side? BLACK the whole inside out. oops. just found more chrome. the small ring on the Mirror adjustment knob. (sitting in my truck right now)

 

I actually have the steering logo listed in my store in various color, but keep in mind that is not a complete blackout. The contours of the logo make it impossible to cover it entirely without wrinkles. The decal is applied to to face of the logo but the chrome on the sides is still visible.

 

i saw that. that is why i was thinking you should throw it into a whole package deal. maybe make it $30 for the whole thing. bit of a discount on the steering emblem.


what are your thoughts of the handles? or would the constant grabbing of them most likely be too much for the Vinyl?

 

Good idea! I could add the matte black logo as an option so that buyers can choose to omit it if they want a different color for the logo.

Yeah, I think the "high traffic" area on handle will be too much for the vinyl.
