Hmm..guess I’ll just wait and see if maybe I’ll run 0.75” spacers or not. I still have my TC LCA/Kings to install.

Has anyone done anything about the empty space in the wheel well after taking out the plastic liner? I would like to have some sort of liner in there to prevent mud and other derbies going in there. Please post pictures if you have done something about it. Thanks!

You removed the liner completely? You shouldn't need to do more than trim the very bottom and push the liner back with a little help from a heat gun.

I think you have 6'' lift that is why. I have only 2.75 lift. So, I had to chop off the fenders. Once you chop off the fenders you can't use the plastic liner.

WAIT....you have 3'' lift in the front and you didn't chop the fenders? Did you just limit the up travel or you rub?

No fender trimming, BIG cab mount chop, and lots of positive caster. Wheelers super bumps up front. The 2nd pic is full stuff up front, no rubbing.

I am surprised....I am having second thought about if I made the right call about chopping up the fenders
I don't mind chopped up fenders. But, my only issue is the open area in the wheel well.

I took out the strut and then stuffed the tire and moved the tire up and turned it from one corner to the other...the very first thing it hit was the fender...so not sure how you got away with it.
My tire is also hitting the lower part of battery area inside the wheel well. Since, I don't want to hammer the battery area, I have ordered wheelers super bumps with spacers and that should help.

If I come down hard it will rub, but that’s pretty rare since I don’t haul ass when wheeling. Slow and steady is the name of the game.

Depends where I'm at but 2 weeks ago I hit the Rubicon with a few buddies and I rubbed quite a bit on the fender well. It was my first real shake down of how the truck does on the rocks and it did well but ifs sucks. Low ground clearance got me hung up a few times. Also need to trim the rear fenders. With the dakars I didn't rub but with allpro expos I do.

I don’t rub in the rear. I did the 63 swap. 5” up travel before full bump compression and 9” down travel.
