    Actually, Jerry doesn't usually draft headcases, he signs them as free agents when he can better judge the risk/reward. Sometimes it works out, more often it doesn't. But I don't think Dez Bryant is a headcase. He's just an immature kid who has made some pretty typical mistakes and bad decisions (lying, often late, etc.). It's not like he has a history of legal problems, drugs/alcohol, clashes with teammates, etc. The Cowboys have a good player development program in place, so I think Dez will be fine. And having him on the field with Romo, Miles Austin, Jason Witten and Felix Jones is going to be fun to watch!

    Looks like it. I thought they would cut their losses with Roy Williams considering what a bust he's been, but Crayton and Hurd have already requested to be traded and apparently the Cowboys are going to try to make it happen.
