Nice man, looks great. I ended up going with the Apollo 3.0 shrouds. Glueing them on was an interesting process that made me nervous as hell. Only to find that the shrouds were WAY too deep when trying to mount in the bowls. I ended up having to trim about 1" off the back of them to get them to fit. I also blacked out everything except for the DRL's...left those chrome. I'll have to post some pics when I get mine mounted. (Sorry for the late reply, been off a computer for a few days)

 

Sure am. If all goes as planned it'll be installed, and the truck will get an alignment and wash this weekend.

 

Thanks and just for looks that i know of. The paint is not in the best shape on my roof and has quite a few rock chips on the front end so this was a cheaper option then painting. plus i really dig the matte black roof look on my truck

 

Put on a set of SCS SR8 wheels with Cooper ST Maxx tires, 285/75r16. I'm rubbing now in spots I wasn't before with the same tire size, but I was on stock wheels with hubcentric spacers.

Guess a cab mount chop is finally in order after 4 years of not needing one.

besides regular dealer maintenance is there is note/forum for all the collective wisdom of what additional items help the reliability and longevity..

examples of things i have already done.
1)flush power steering fluid
2)Krown oil spray
3)drain and fill diff's and transfer case (ahead of dealers schedule)
4)magnefine transmission fluid filter

 

Does anyone know of a good bedrack that works with a bed cover? I really like having a bed cover, but I also want the benefits of being able to mount things on a bedrack
