Company is really good at standing up for whats right and wrong even standing behind employees who stand-up to some bullshit twisted racial accusations when it was nowhere close to being true....And even when they (company) make mistakes they take ownership of it and make it right. Pretty rare these days.

Oh, one of those surveys. Yeah, our CBTs are total crap too. I was thinking it might be one of those HR-sponsored "how's management doing" surveys provided by an external contractor so they can prove there's no bias. THOSE get painfully honest.

 

I get those at my job too. I find it amusing that they say they are "Anonymous" yet they give you a user name and password that is tied to you

I love seeing my director and senior management squirm when the all employee survey results come back.... it's amazing they don't realize how despised they truly are.

No survey is truly anonymous, but the duty of the survey taker is to form that separation between the respondents and the requestor.

In this case the survey taker didn't like my comment and forwarded my survey and contact info to the executive level of my agency in DC, and it came rolling down the hill in less than 6hrs.

 

Yeah, SESs have zero chill. It's like they know they're not qualified for the jobs they have and get all defensive when you call them out on their shit.
